  1. Limit/Or eliminate fried foods or sautéing with oils
  2. Drink filtered water (boiled water is also an option)
  3. Eat fruits and vegetables with thick skins (Bananas, avocados, etc.)
  4. Try to eat organic
  5. Limit or eliminate meat
  6. Eat only foods from nature
  7. Try not to eat foods that come from a box.( Read your labels), to get the most natural ingredients, with the least chemicals.
