In-Person Fitness Sessions
In order to assure that you meet your weight loss goals, we will conduct meet-ups in the Chicagoland area to assist you with your weight loss and optimal health journey. During which we encourage meeting others and gathering a support system or a group that will encourage your lifestyle.
As a part of our mission to help you meet your weight loss and great health goals, we promise to keep you active with in-person extracurricular activities and fitness sessions.
At our in-person sessions we will:
- have a great time
- do palates
- swim
- walk
- strength train
- jog/run
- hike
- dance
- jump
- and so on.
If you have any other suggestions, contact us and will be sure to hear your voice and add more exercise activities.
Reality Design will further assist you in your healthful journey, we will also provide you with workout videos at our in-person meet-ups and online.

Children, young adults, adults, elderly and families are welcome at our exercise sessions and activities. Be sure to read the details of each session to be sure the session is appropriate.
